Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount. Any applicable free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Norway: 3–7 business days
Europe: 7–12 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Blome Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
